Imaging of agarose gels e.g. DNA gels stained with ehtidiumbromide
Requirements:
- all All users must gain permission to work in the Biolabs and access to the “Zellbio-users” network drive by attending the Biosafety instructions (--> Katharina Achazi)
- all All users must get an introduction to the device by the responsible person
- Booking via OpenIRIS
- don’t leave the drawer open
- use this Biometra imaging system for ethidiumbromide stained gels and follow the safety instruction for handling ethidiumbromid (--> DO NOT use the BIORad system for ethidiumbromide)
- clean the lighttable with water after use
- don’t touch the computer keyboard and mouse with gloves.
