Before YOU start work in the S2 SupraFAB Biolab (BA unit) or S2 Optical Microscopy (OM), contact you need to participate in one of the Biolab technicians to get a on-site introintros taking place 2 times a month based on the biolab agreementAND before .
To participate in the on-site intro, book one intro on the intro page & and finish follow this 5 steps before the intro date:
Bring the filled and signed access & transponder form with work safety questionaire(3. page)to the on-site intro with the Biolab technicians; afterwards hand the form and questionaire it over to Katharina Tebel (office 103) or Achim Wiedking (office 102).
Note:The first and third page need to be signed by your reseach group head!- Listen to the provisional safety instruction, a written short exam will take place during the on-site intro.
Note:In order to keep your access, it is mandatory to attend the on-site safety instruction for the Genetic Engineering Facility 92/14 at least once a year. - Become familiar with the safety guidelins, instructions and rules.
- Register for the instrument booking system OpenIRIS by follwoing the pdf protocols on the OpenIRIS Booking System page.
Note: If you have no FUB Email, apply with help of the your research group for a guest zedat Email account. - Subscribe to the Biolab Email List and join the biolab whatsapp group for fast exchange of information.
