Transparent pink garnet, metallic black cassiterite, ilmenite, rutile, prismatic-elongate zirconia

Texture

Medium sand (ca. 400 µ), well to moderately sorted, angular (garnet) to subangular (cassiterite)

garnets with characteristic high relief,
opaque cassiterite, ilmenite and rutile.
In the dark field the garnets appear
black, the few prismatic-elongated
zirconia with high relief are transparent
