Computer und Prüfungssoftware
- Betriebssystem des Computers: Microsoft Windows 10 (ext. Link) oder bzw. Apple macOS 10.13, 10.14 oder 10.15 (ext. Link)
- Cisco Webex Meetings ist installiert und funktioniert
- Webcam und Mikrofon wurden von Ihnen getestet und sind funktionsfähig. Sie benötigen diese für die Identitätsüberprüfung vor Prüfungsbeginn
- Laptops sollten den gesamten Prüfungszeitraum mit dem Strom verbunden sein
- Sämtliche andere Programme vor Prüfungsbeginn schließen
- Prüfungssoftware installiert:

- Safe Exam Browser und FUB E-Examinations@Home Konfigurationsdatei heruntergeladen und installiert
- Beispielprüfung im Safe Exam Browser ausprobiert
- Video zur Bedienung der Prüfungsoberfläche im Safe Exam Browser angeschaut (https://wikis.fu-berlin.de/x/rwjiPg)
- Logindaten zur Prüfungsoberfläche von Ihrem/Ihrer Lehrenden erhalten (kein Login über ZEDAT-Accout möglich)
- Beispielprüfung muss über den Button "Abgabe" beendet werden (falls die Prüfungsoberfläche ohne Abgabe geschlossen wird, erscheint bei erneutem Öffnen eine Fehlermeldung)
- Cisco AnyConnect VPN ist deaktiviert
- FU-Proxy ist deaktiviert
Empfehlungen für die Internetverbindung
- DSL-, Kabel oder Glasfaser-Internet-Anbindung
- LTE oder UMTS möglich, aber nicht empfohlen
- Anbindung zwischen Computer und Internet-Router:
- Am stabilsten: Ethernet-Kabel zwischen Computer und Router, falls das nicht möglich ist:
- WLAN-Anbindung: Entfernung zwischen Computer und Router so gering wie möglich halten (Latenz!)
- Während der Prüfung keine Streaming-Dienste auf anderen Geräten laufen zu lassen (z.B. YouTube, NetFlix, Spotify)
Vor der Prüfung
- Personalausweis und Matrikelbescheinigung bereithalten
- Getränk und Knabberzeug bereithalten
- Für ruhige, konzentrationsförderliche Umgebung sorgen (in WG z.B. Zettel an die Tür hängen)
Technische Notfälle während der Prüfung
- Erläuterungen zum Umgang mit ggf. während der Prüfung auftretenden technischen Problemen erfolgen zu Prüfungsbeginn im Rahmen der gemeinsamen Einführung mit dem/der Lehrenden
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass während der Prüfung ein technisches Prüfungsprotokoll automatisiert angefertigt wird, das zur Fehleranalyse herangezogen wird.
Computer and examination software
- Necessary operating system of your computer: Microsoft Windows 10 (ext. Link) or Apple macOS 10.13, 10.14 or 10.15 (ext. Link)
- Cisco Webex Meetings is installed and operational
- Webcam and microphone are in operation (please test both beforehand!). You need both to confirm your identity before you are allowed to start the examination
- To be on the safe side, your laptop shold be plugged into a power source during the time of the examination
- All other software needs to be closed before you begin the examination
- Install the examination software: Safe Exam Browser and FUB E-Examinations@Home configuration data file
- Familiarize yourself with the examination software by trying the example examination.
- Make sure that Cisco AnyConnect VPN is deactivated
- Make sure that FU-Proxy is deactivated
Recommendations for your internet connection
- DSL-, cable or fibre optic cable internet connection
- LTE or UMTS are possible. but not recommended
- Connection between computer and internet source:
- recommended: Ethernet cable between computer and router. If that is not possible:
- Wireless LAN: Make sure you have a strong and stable connection! Try to stick close to the router.
- Do not run any other software during the examination, especially no downloads or streaming software (Youtube. Netflix, Spotify,...)
Before the examination
- Make sure you have your ID card and student ID / certificate of matriculation ready. You need them to identify yourself before you are allowed to begin the examination.
- organise something to drink/eat as necessary
- find a quiet room where you can concentrate during the examination (put a "do not disturb" sign on the door if you use a shared space)
Technical difficulties
- Explanations of how to deal with any technical problems that may arise during the exam are given at the beginning of the exam as part of the joint introduction with the teacher
- Please be aware: an automatic technical examination protocol is created during the examination which can be used for error analysis.
