Participants need to take care of their own accommodation using the booking form available here. Please bear in mind that the preferential rates are applicable for a limited number of rooms only. Normal rates will apply for the rest of the rooms. Early booking is therefore strongly recommended.

The hotel is located in the heart of a wooden parkland and close to Louvain-la-Neuve city centre. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Louvain-la-Neuve station, a 30 minute drive from Brussels city centre and a 20 minute drive from Brussels Airport.

The train journey from Louvain-la-Neuve to Brussels lasts about 50 minutes (2 trains per hour).
The railway station (Bruxelles-Central) is close to the Grand Place and the suggested hotels (max. 15-minute walk).
