This Regulation has entered into force on 1 June 2010.
The number of the previous regulation was Regulation No. 19/65/EEC of the Council of 2 March 1965. This Regulation has entered into force on 1 June 2010. According to Art. 288 para. 3 TFEU, the Regulation has direct effect and is applicable to all Member States. It is directly applicable to individuals.
