Rules for working in our CleanRoom
Move slowly and controlled! Don’t hurry inside the NanoFab CleanRoom
Watch out to reduce contamination when you dress up for the CleanRoom usage
Please don’t bring neither food nor unnecessary personal belongings inside the NanoFab CleanRoom!
Please don’t smoke! At least 30 minutes before you enter the clean room you should not smoke!
Don‘t use particle releasing cosmetics and makeup!
If possible please shave in the morning before you enter the NanoFab CleanRoom or use the beard protection net.
Please don’t bring neither food nor unnecessary personal belongings inside the NanoFab CleanRoom!
Please take care that your CleanRoom garments is worn correctly!
Check that your hair cover is sitting correctly on your head! No Hair should be outside the hair cover!
Make sure your CleanRoom shoes are clean!
Ordered List ItemIf possible don’t wear jewelry to avoid metallic abrasion, because it is a possible contamination source.
If you need to bring Stuff from the outside to the NanoFab CleanRoom, it is obligatiric to clean the Objects (Samples, Boxes, Mobiles etc)! There will be wet wipes in the entrance area of the NanoFab CleanRoom
