We have three analysis workstations (Analysis PC, PC2 & PC3) for analyzing data obtained in the OM unit and one additional processing workstation (ZEISS Processing & Analysis PC) which can be used together with the ZEISS LSM 980 AiryScan with FLIM for direct processing of data but also as stand-alone workstation for analyzing data obtained with the ZEISS LSM 980.
TheZEISS Processing & Analysis PC is equipped with a full offline Zeiss Zen software packa . and is self administrated.
The workstations Analysis PC1 is equipped with a full offline LAS X, ImageJ, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher, Affinity Designer, Amira, GraphPad Prism, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and is self administrated. Please log in with the account „BioSupraMol“ (password: analysis).
The workstations Analysis PC2 & PC3 are equipped with and are administrated Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Affinity Suite (similar to photoshop), Origin, Mestre Niva, MatLab, Stata, JMP statistics, R, Endnote, Box.FU, Webex, Fiji (ImageJ), Zeiss, Zen blue, LAS X, FlowJo (License Dongle need to be booked separately), Graph Pad Prism (planned, not available now), Imspector (planned, not available now) and are administrated by the zedat and you can log in with your zedat account.
TheZEISS Processing & Analysis PC is equipped with a full offline Zeiss Zen software package.
Do not store data on the workstation hard drives but use the BCP-storage network drives instead! Remeber that the use of USB sticks and hard drives s well as other devices is forbidden.
