You can get in contact with your professor/tutor during the exam using the "support channel" integrated in the exam software.
Click the "Hint" (in German: Hinweis) button during the exam. A dialog box displaying a link to the support channel will pop up. Click on "link to support channel" (in German: "Link zum Support-Kanal")

3. You can now write your question in the comment field on the bottom of the page. Please also write your First and Last Name and matriculation number in the comment field and confirm your question by entering the displayed Captcha code.
