How to use the support channel during the exam
You can get in contact with your professor/tutor during the exam using the "support channel" integrated in the exam software.
- Click the "Hint" (in German: Hinweis) button during the exam. A dialog box displaying a link to the support channel will pop up.
Click on "link to support channel" (in German: "Link zum Support-Kanal")
2. The "support channel" will open.
3. You can now write your question in the comment field on the bottom of the page.
Please also write your First and Last Name and matriculation number in the comment field and confirm your question by entering the displayed Captcha code.
4. You will be informed of an answer or new comments with a pop-up window in the support channel.
Nutzung des Support-Kanals während der Prüfung
Um mit Ihren Lehrenden während der Prüfungsdurchführung in direkten Kontakt treten zu können, ist ein Support-Kanal in die Plattform integriert.
- Klicken Sie während der Prüfung auf den "Hinweis"-Knopf. Nun öffnet sich ein Hinweisfenster mit einem Link zum Support-Kanal.
Klicken Sie nun auf "Link zum Support-Kanal"
2. Nun öffnet sich der "Support-Kanal"
3. Im "Support-Kanal" können Sie Ihre Lehrenden erreichen, indem Sie in das Support-Feld schreiben.
Schreiben Sie bitte Ihren Vor- und Nachnamen oder Matrikelnummer dazu und bestätigen Sie die Eingabe mit dem Capcha-Code.
4. Im Support-Kanal werden Sie durch ein Popup-Fenster über Antworten und neue Kommentare informiert.
