The students meet with the lecturers in an Adobe Connect webconferenceweb conference. There the splitting up into workgroups takes place with one respective student of the FU Berlin and one from Dokkyô University. In the workgroup the two learners can discuss their respective topic, they can collect work results on a whiteboard and can exchange files with each other. In the discussion the language competencies there is a two-way promotion of the language skills. Through the topic they chose the students get to know new, intercultural perspectives on socially relevant discourses. The educators can join the workgroup rooms of the students if there are any questions and can provide help then. At the end of the semester a presentation on the worked on topics takes place online.
