To get access to the SupraFAB building and the labs, you need agree to the House Rules and you have to fill and sign the transponder form incl. Questionaire for occupational health care (page 3) and submitt it to Katharina Tebel (office 103) or Achim Wiedekind (office 102).
For the S2 Biolabs and OM labs you need to fill and hand in addtionally the Questionaire for occupational health care.
