Here we present a Fiji Macro which detects and segments cells in a 2D monolayer by DAPI staining and quantifies the fluorescence intensity of a reporter system. It can be applied to widefield and confocal images. The single-cell results and analysis summary (number of cells and fluorescent fraction per image) are automatically saved in an output folder.
