Summary Die Studierenden der Vorlesung "Betriebswirtschaftliche Probleme in Bibliotheken" sollen sich aktiver mit den Inhalten der Vorlesung auseinandersetzen. Dazu werden in einem Wiki Leitfragen zu den zentralen Inhalten der Vorlesung formuliert, die von den Studierenden im Wiki beantwortet werden müssen. Ziel ist es, gemeinsam ein Vorlesungsskript zu erstellen, welches von den Studierenden für die Klausurvorbereitung genutzt werden kann. Das Skript ist entlang von sogenannten Leitfragen aufgebaut, d. h. zu jedem Themenkomplex der Vorlesung hat die Dozentin zentrale Fragen formuliert. Für jede dieser Fragen wurde in dem vorlesungsbegleitenden Wiki eine Seite angelegt. Studierende wählen Fragen aus, die sie bearbeiten möchten, und beantworten diese in der Zeit zwischen den Vorlesungen auf der Wiki-Seite. So entsteht über die Zeit ein kollaborativ erstelltes Skript zur Vorlesung. Die Dozentin erhält einen Einblick in das Verständnis des Lernstoffes und kann ggf. in der Vorlesung auf Wissenslücken oder Missverständnisse reagieren. The students of the lecture "Business problems in libraries" should deal with the lecture contents in a more active manner. For this, key guiding questions are formulated in a wiki based on the central contents of the lecture that have to be answered by the students in the wiki. The aim is to jointly create a lecture script which can be used by the students for the exam preparation.The script is built up along so-called key guiding questions; that means that for every topic area of the lecture the educator has formulated central questions. For each of these questions a page was set up in the lecture-accompanying wiki. Students select questions that they would like to work on and answer these in the time between the lectures on the wiki page. Thereby, over time, a collaboratively set up script to the lecture is created. The educator receives an insight into the comprehension of the learning material provided to the students and can, if necessary, react to knowledge gaps or misunderstandings during the actual lecture. The students are supposed to be encouraged through the "key guiding questions concept" to deal with the lecture contents in a more active manner. By drafting their own posts the reflection of the learning contents is stimulated; preparing the contents in such a format that is easily comprehensible for all deepens the learning process. As all of the students only have to write down a few answers but profit from the answers of everyone the participation was good. Die Studierenden sollen durch das "Leitfragenkonzept" angeregt werden, sich aktiver mit den Inhalten der Vorlesung auseinanderzusetzen. Durch das Schreiben eigener Beiträge wird die Reflektion der Lerninhalte angeregt; die Aufbereitung der Inhalte in einer Form, die für alle nachvollziehbar ist, vertieft den Lernprozess. Da alle Studierenden nur wenige Antworten zu verfassen haben, aber von den Antworten aller profitieren, war die Beteiligung gut. |

Werkzeuge
Ein Wiki ist das zentrale E-Learning-Werkzeug.
- In diesem Fall wurde die Software wikispaces genutzt, da zur Zeit der Veranstaltungskonzeption das FU-Wiki noch nicht verfügbar war.
- An der Freien Universität steht seit 2010 das zentrale Wikisystem FU-Wikis zur Umsetzung dieses Szenarios zur Verfügung.
Das Wiki dient der Präsentation der Aufgabenstellung (in diesem Fall der Leitfragen) und der Ergebnissicherung. Die Ausarbeitungen der Studierenden zu den einzelnen Leitfragen sind im Wiki hinterlegt, jeweils eine Leitfrage pro Seite. Auf übergeordneten Seiten und über die Navigation werden die Inhalte zu Themenblöcken zusammengefasst und entlang der Vorlesungsstruktur gegliedert. Die Abbildung 1 zeigt eine Seite, auf der Leitfragen zu einem Themenblock zusammengefasst werden und über die die untergeordneten Leitfragen-Seiten zugänglich sind.

Tools
A wiki is a central e-learning tool.
- In this case the software wikispaces was used as, at the time of the course design stage, the FU wiki was not availale yet.
- At the Freie Universität the central wiki system FU wiki is available since 2010 for the realization of this scenario.
The wiki serves as a presentation of the tasks given (in this case the key guiding questions) and for securing the results. The work by the students on the individual key guiding questions can be found in the wiki, always one key guiding question per page. On superordinate pages and via the navigation the contents of the topic blocks are summarized and structured along the contents of the lecture. Illustration 1 shows a page on which key guiding questions are summarized into a topic block and over which the subordinated key guiding question pages are accessible.

In addition to this, the wiki is also used for the organization of the script creation: students can enter their names in a list for the selection of the key guiding questions that they would like to work on. Duplications are thereby excluded and the lecturer can easily see who is activeDarüber hinaus wird das Wiki auch zur Organisation der Skripterstellung genutzt: Studierende können sich für Leitfragen, die sie bearbeiten möchten, in eine Liste eintragen. Umsetzung
Wöchentliche Vorlesungen und Beantwortung der Leitfragen im Wiki durch die Studierenden sind die Grundelemente des Blended-Learning-Szenarios (vgl. Abbildung 2).

Vor Vorlesungsbeginn erarbeitet die Dozentin die Leitfragen, konfiguriert das Wiki und strukturiert es entlang der Vorlesungsthemen. Für jede Leitfrage wird eine separate Wiki-Seite erstellt. In der Präsenzveranstaltung stellt sie das Wiki und dessen Nutzungskonzept vor und verfolgt zwischen den Vorlesungsterminen die Arbeit der Studierenden im Wiki und gibt Rückmeldung zur Qualität der Ausarbeitungen und fordert ggf. Überarbeitungen ein. Am Anfang einer jeden Vorlesung thematisiert sie die erstellten Inhalte.
Realization
Weekly lectures and answering the key guiding questions within the wiki by the students are the basic elements of the blended learning scenario (cf. Illustration 2).

Before the start of lectures the educator comes up with the key guiding questions, configures the wiki and structures it according to the topics of the lecture. For every key guiding question a separate wiki page is created. During the face-to-face session she presents the wiki and its usage concept. Between the lecture sessions she follows up on the work being undertaken by the students in the wiki and gives feedback on the quality of the work being done. If needs be, she requests that corrections or edits are made. At the start of every lecture she takes up the produced content and makes a topic out of it.

Die Bearbeitung erfolgt dann jeweils in Nachbereitung der Vorlesung, also in der Woche, in der die Leitfrage in der Veranstaltung thematisiert wurde. Im wöchentlichen Rhythmus wird somit das Skript kollaborativ erstellt. Rückmeldungen der Dozentin zu dem Beitrag werden entweder per Email oder mündlich in der Vorlesung gegeben.
