Requirements:
- Gain permission to work in the Biolabs by follwoing the How-to-Start procedure.
- Get access to the BCP-storage network drive suprafab-analytics to save measuremnt data; in addtion, provide (a) User name, (b) ZEDAT account (c) Research lab & (d) Device name to the device responsible person (see above) to get access to the device specific folder.
- Book the device using OpenIRIS (protocls see here).
- Get an introduction to the device by the responsible person (see above).

- Advanced imaging of fluorescent samples e.g. stained cells or tissue
- Wide-field epifluorescence microscopy
- Bright-field microscopy incl. phase contrast

- Zeiss ZEN software with additional modules e.g. quantification, tile scan
Requirements:
- All users must gain permission to work in the Biolabs and access to the “Zellbio-users” network drive by attending the Biosafety instructions (--> Katharina Achazi)
- All users must get an introduction to the device by the responsible person (see OpenIRIS)
- Booking via OpenIRIS (protocls see here)
