Requirements:
- Gain all users must gain permission to work in the Biolabs and by follwoing the How-to-Start procedure.
- Get access to the “ZellbioBCP-users” storage network drive by attending the Biosafety instructions (--> Katharina Achazi)suprafab-analytics to save measuremnt data.
- Book the device using OpenIRIS (protocls see here).
- Get all users must get an introduction to the device by the responsible person (see above).
- don’t Don’t leave the drawer open.
- don’t Don’t image ethidiumbromide stained gels here (--> use with the Chemidoc MP, use instead theUV solo camera system on the opposite bench)TS system.
- Store store the white light conversion screen safely in its box when not in use.
- clean Clean the lighttable with water after use.
- don’t Don’t touch the computer keyboard and mouse with gloves.
